The first property that was acquired in Northwest DC. After a year of research, working with partners, funding and market analysis our organization closed on this property and it is currently cash flowing.
After the first successful purchase and cash flowing property, the second property was acquired within 3 months of the first property and is currently under renovation and projected to be completed by end of 2019.
Another Northeast DC property that was closed in Q4 of 2019. The property was an off market deal that was already partly renovated. To efficiently utilize the space and provide added value to the property further construction is currently in progress (Q4 2019)
Our partners are working on multi-unit buildings in the DC area, our projected goals are to continue building the single family portfolio and move towards obtaining multi-unit buildings in the near future.
